1. On May 3nd 1996, Dongying Shengli Oilfield Polymer Co.,Ltd, precursor of Shandong polymer bio-chemical Co., Ltd., was founded.

2. In August 1996,the company undertook the national Key R＆D program of "the industrialization of biological for 5,000T/Y Acrylamide " ,and passed the examination by the government in September 1997.

3. In 1998,the super molecular weight Polyacrylamide won the new product certificate jointly issued by five ministries including the Science and Technology Ministry, National Tax Bureau, Foreign Trade Ministry, Technical Inspection Bureau and Environment Protection Bureau.

4. In October 1998, the  company was named as hi-tech enterprise by the science and Technology Committee of Shandong Province.

5.In November 2000, the company undertook the demonstrative industrialization project of 13,000T/Y super molecule polyacrylamide, listed as a national hi-tech development project by the State Planning Commission.

6. In February 2001,the polymerization technology of microbiological acrylamide was awarded the Excellent Achievement of the Key R＆D program of the ninth Five -Year Plan.

7. In 2002, the company’s technology R&D center was confirmed as the provincial enterprise technology center by the people's government and the Economy ＆Trade committee of   Shandong Province.

8. In August 2002, the demonstrative industrialization project of 13,000T/Y super molecule polyacrylamide passed the examination by the country, and was awarded certificate as excellent project by the Development and Reformation Committee. With introducing the largest drier in polymer industry and MACS distribution control system, the company became one of the largest polyacrylamide providers with microbiological acrylamide process in China.

9. In June 2004, the enterprise restructuring laid  profound basis for future rapid development.

10. The Dongying Shengli oil field polymer Co.,Ltd. was renamed as Shandong Polymer Bio-Chemicals Co., Ltd.  on December 20, 2005.
