Cationic Polyacrylamide
1.Product Performance
Cationic polyacrylamide, non-toxic, non-combustible, and non-explosive, is
easily dissolved in water. It has strong cohesiveness, good hydrolytic stability, and does not gel.
With strong cationic polyelectrolyte, it is not sensitive to the change of pH value, and has strong anti-chlorine capacity.
The capacity of "charges counteragent" and
"Adsorption Bridge" is strong with low dosage.

3.Main Application
It is used in the dewatering of sludge including organic sludge suspension and biology from the raw sewage or processing sewage, food-processing wastewater, fermentation wastewater; used in clarification treatment of various types of industrial wastewater; used in the papermaking aid flow agents and the dewatering of wastewater sludge containing fiber; used in processing various mineral mud in mining and machining mineral process. In oil-water separator, crude oil dehydration and sewage treatment of oilfields and refineries. There are also a wide range of uses in the daily chemical and textile industry.
4.Usage
If the product is individually used, it should be collocated into a dilute solution. The general concentration is 0.1-0.3% (meaning Solid Content). When it is dissolved, the water should be neutral and low hardness, at the same time, the water should not contain suspended material and inorganic salts. When different water-source and sewage are dealt with, chemicals dose should be ascertained according to the water turbidity and concentration. The best dose can be obtained through a small test. The put points and stirring speed should be selected carefully to ensure its uniformity and avoid floc broken. It is suitable to continuously add the products in use.
At the same time, the use of the series product with inorganic flocculants (polymeric sulfate, polyaluminum chloride, etc.), can obtain greater results.
5.Package and Storage
It is sealed and packed in PE
plastic 50kg or 200kg buckets. Avoiding
strong oxidants, iron, copper, aluminum, and so
on. Its shelf-life is 2 years and follow
non-dangerous transportation.
