involves mining, mill running and metallurgy. Polyacrylamide can promote the rapid sedimentation of solid material, accelerate the inspissations of remote objects,
enhance solid-liquid separation effect, decrease gangue losses and pollution
for the purpose of reducing production cost.

1.Coal Industry
Coal need to be classified and separated according to the different granularity
and the various proportion of coal granule and impurity
in water. With the coal floating above and the
impurity sinking into the bottom of water, the
coal is gained after the process of classification.
Coal powder, gathered from the above process, needs further disposal,
by the flotation craftwork process. The refining
coal floats, and the other sinks by using
flocculants. In this progress, anionic
polyacrylamide is used as flocculants agent to
promote the solid-liquid separation, then in the
following filtration and centrifugation
progress, it is used again to promote the
solid-liquid separation.

2.Bullion
The minerals, after crushability and separation, are further ground by adding water and calcareousness by using
Muller and carry through the sedimentation in the next step concentrator. In this period, using anion polyacrylamide accelerates the quick sedimentation of solid and the substrate sludge is leached by a series of filter tanks.

3.Lead-Zinc
In the sorting craftwork of lead and zinc: the mineral zinc is oxidized into zinc oxide after
calcimining. Then lixiviate the oxide by vitriol. The neutral filtration with the about 5 PH and acid filtration with the 2.5 PH can make all head coal dissolve in the vitriol. Some mill run factories increase the heat filtration concentration process to further improve callback rate. The antidromic circumfluence sedimentation system is generally used in the flooding purification of the neutral concentration.
In the filtration craftwork of lead and zinc, using anionic polyacrylamide as the flocculants accelerates the quick sedimentation of minerals and clarification of filtration, improves the process production efficiency, and reduces the loss of mineral.

4.Aluminums Ore
In the course of aluminum ore processing, the minerals are crushed into less than 1 mm level, then add the dense sodium hydroxide conditions of high temperature and high pressure. The aluminum dissolves in the high corrosive liquid; however other impurities ,except the soluble silicon, can not be dissolved.
After the previous course, the grit and the pulp that are left after the primary inspissations and sedimentation, are together removed. Adding the anion polyacrylamide flocculants into the concentrated tank is the most important craftwork of receiving clarified flooding. The bottom flow in the concentrated tank (red mud) will be disposed by back flow sedimentation craftwork. The aluminums in the liquid among this craftwork are reclaimed after a series of lavation sedimentation ponds. At this time, anion polyacrylamide flocculants are reused for accelerating quick sedimentation and receiving the satisfied clarified flooding.
The primary concentrated tank flooding rich in aluminum after filtrating and cooling (48hr.) accelerates the sedimentation of aluminous trihydrate with adding aluminous hydrate. Then the aluminums are received after filtrating and lavation.

5.Copper
The pulp or gangue from flotation cell will be put in the sedimentation pond for further sedimentation. Here ,add flocculants, accelerates the quick sedimentation and produces the clarified flooding that used as
cycle water, and putting the remaining concentrated gangue into the centrifugal machine for centrifugal dehydrator. This time the anion polyacrylamide flocculants will be added in as the centrifugal additive.
By the manner of mechanism separate the bleb (concentrate) that carrying the copper from flooding, and then concentrate and dehydrate it. Here the anionic polyacrylamide flocculants is used to improve the efficiency of sedimentation and filtration. The finally received concentrate or filter cake contains nearly 25%~35% copper, which will be reclaimed by high temperature metallurgy.
